DGM HQ.

Morning reading…

A grey day along the valley, accompanied by the smell of Autumn. A local accent of the Landlordly kind is coming through the wall, a backdrop to Haydn Piano Trios.

09.23  Mr. Stormy has arrived & is in the DGM Kitchen I…

The DGM Kitchen fridge is today’s discussion point. The fridge doesn’t refrigerate to the desired standard. The criterion we apply is: does this technology render colder any food than if that food were left in the open air? The answer to that is, no – unless the food is placed right at the back. We deserve a fridge that works! We have the right!

11.23  Sun visits the valley I…

The mess of DGM extends into the Chamber of Venality…

How I suffer! I suffer so much! It’s probably because I am so sensitive.

12.37  E-flurrying, computing, catching up. We have a clarification of the role of DGM / DS / RF in KC ventures.

Off to Salisbury for bank business.

17.46  A visit to Mr. Romain of Romain’s Emporium of Wonderment & Delight in Wilton on the way back from Salisbury to DGM HQ.

Data transfers, backing-up & post-tour organisation continues. As a rule of thumb, if a Happy Gigster is away for 4 weeks it takes 4 weeks to catch up. So, if the Happy Gigster is away for 6 months & one week, they never catch up. Their lives become a mess of stuff that waits to be addressed, settled & stored. This is a brief description of my life over the past 39 years. The time has arrived when, until the past is settled, there is no bright & shining future world that can be brought into being. So, organising & ordering & settling it is for a while.

And some practising. Hoorray!

A Call from Sister & a discussion of F&F speaking this November

18.12  An excitement: Radio London has added Sensational from the Minx’s new album to their playlist. This is one of my own favourites – it’s hot! This is also a personal fave…

19.34  David has left I…
